Our single estate, small batch extra virgin olive oils are produced from our family farm in Messenia, Greece, in southwestern Peloponnese. To maintain our high standards of quality, we harvest our Koroneiki olives by hand at the optimal time every season, resulting in perfectly balanced and harmonious oils. Once the olives are harvested, the oils are cold extracted and then left unfiltered to achieve authenticity in both aroma and taste. The result provides a pleasing complexity on the palate, appreciated by those who recognize a fine olive oil.
