To provide extra virgin olive oil harvested with care, according to old world traditions, and processed to achieve excellence. To supply the consumer with olive oil from Greece sourced exclusively from family members, thereby giving us full confidence in the harvesting methods and processing traditions used to produce our top quality extra virgin olive oils.

Natural Honey
To provide Greek honey that is raw – not pasteurized – and 100% natural. This means that our honey has not been filtered, heat-treated or processed in any way. We will maintain high quality standards in order to provide honey that has retained its maximum health benefits and taste.
The Olive Table sources all of our products directly from family members or family friends, without the use of middlemen or wholesalers. This allows us to attest to the purity of the olive oil and honey products we import while bringing them to the consumer at a reasonable price.
Both our olive oil and honey products are produced using proven methods based in tradition. As a result, we can provide the U.S. consumer with the highest quality specialty food products from Greece.
