Our private reserve Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a medium intensity oil, fruity with a grassy herbal aroma and lingering peppery finish. From the seaside town of Kyparissia in Messenia, it features the rich flavor, vivid color and low acidity associated with the Koroneiki olive. Cold pressed and unfiltered, it is best enjoyed pure – drizzled over salads, vegetables, and fish or used as a key ingredient in dressings, dips and marinades.
