Our private reserve Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a medium intensity oil, fruity with a grassy herbal aroma and peppery finish. From the seaside town of Kyparissia in Messenia, it features the rich flavor, vivid color and low acidity associated with the Koroneiki olive. Cold pressed and unfiltered, it is best enjoyed pure – drizzled over salads, vegetables, and fish or used as a key ingredient in dressings, dips and marinades.

Because our oil is unfiltered, it may appear slightly cloudy or some sediment may be present at the bottom of the container. This is due to the small bits of olive pulp present in the oil, which only serve to enhance its flavor and aroma.
To maintain maximum freshness, store in a cool, dark place. Open as infrequently as possible to minimize exposure to oxygen. We recommend transferring into one or more glass bottles for daily use.
