Our Greek Organic olive oil is an Early Harvest Single Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the mountain village of Christianoupolis in Messenia. It is a medium intensity oil with a perfectly balanced complexity: fruity with a slight bitterness and a mild peppery finish. Cold pressed and unfiltered, this oil features the rich flavor, vivid color and low acidity associated with the Koroneiki olive. Certified Organic.

Because our oil is unfiltered, it may appear slightly cloudy or some sediment may be visible at the bottom of the container. This is due to the small bits of olive pulp present in the oil, which only serve to enhance its flavor and aroma.
To maintain maximum freshness, store in a cool dark place. Open as infrequently as possible to minimize exposure to oxygen. We recommend transferring into one or more glass bottles for daily use.
