Our Private Reserve Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a medium intensity Single Estate oil with a fresh fruity aroma, mild bitterness and a mild, lingering peppery finish. From the seaside town of Kyparissia in Messenia, Greece, it features the rich flavor, vivid color and low acidity associated with the Koroneiki olive. Cold extracted from hand-picked olives and unfiltered, it is best enjoyed pure – drizzled over salads, vegetables, and fish – or used as a key ingredient in dressings, dips and marinades. Or try our favorite: used for dipping with fresh crusty bread, maybe with a dash of sea salt, oregano or balsamic vinegar.

Because our oil is unfiltered, it may appear slightly cloudy or there may be sediment at the bottom of the bottle. This is due to the small bits of olive pulp present in the oil, which only serve to enhance its flavor and aroma.
